Allie > Horde confirmation?

Hi, i know there are like a few more posts about this but i would like some confirmation from blizzard for once if they are realy planning to make it possible to tranfer an Alliance char to a Horde char (and vice versa).

Can any of you confirm the fact Blizzard is atleast trying or not?
